What begins with a seemingly unfortunate car crash for one particular girl, turns into a full blown terrorist attack. Her father who worked for the goverment has been funding a certain group of elite scientists for decades who stole money from poor countries to conduct experiments on children. The purpose was to create a version of the human race who would be able to sustain extreme changes in the climate, but not without dangerous side affects.
