Ia bertahan hidup di kala para serigala memburu dan badai pasir menyerbu. Berbekal tak lebih dari busur dan anak panah serta tekadnya yang membara api rindu. Ia bahkan tak lagi menengok ke belakang. Jalannya mengarahkan ia ke depan sana, dengan segala waktu yang tak lagi memanjang. Peduli apa dengan perang, Gadis Mawar itu rela mati jika artinya ia bisa melihat senyuman pahlawannya lagi. Namun akankah semuanya terbayar sepadan? Bagaimana ia akan bertahan melalui kawasan padang pasir yang kering dan tandus? Mungkinkah perjalanan mustahil ini berbuah manis pada akhirnya?
