where luke is a pianist and michael is his boyfriend who often feels neglected, as the piano often captures luke's attention more than he does.

Michael only ever saw this boy in his dreams at first. Never seeing him clearly until the day he goes for a walk in the woods. Michael comes across a strange boy when taking a rest -along with getting lost- the strange boy comes up to him and examines him from a far at first. Soon Michael starts trying to make friends with the boy who runs away right after. Michael was left in the woods not knowing what just happened, or how to get out of the woods. Michael and Luke just can't seem to get a long because Michael couldn't understand how Luke was always horny and Luke couldn't understand why Michael always seemed so sad. *possible triggers in book but not graphic*

Luke and Michael are soulmates but there's a few complications in their way. Luke lives in the ocean and has a tail while Michael lives on the coast of Australia and is terrified of open water.
