Katrina- aka Kat, is a guard Slave, a slave trained to guard and fight for the pack along side pack member teams in a team of three. These teams are treated decently and many hold no grudge about being a slave. Kat loves her team, Peter, the leader, and Sari, his mate, as they are the only thing close family she has. However when strange wolves show up and threaten the pack, saying if they win they will set all slaves free. Gambling with their lives and others, ignorant of the supernatural world around them, they must choose defend the pack, or destroy it.
