Prologue She was unconscious for four days. No one from her family came to see her. Her heart broke. She was in the hospital, yet no one cared enough to visit. Even after everything that had happened to her, she remained alone. As she walked slowly through the hospital corridor, her legs weak and her body aching, she saw them-her family. They stood there, talking in hushed voices. Relief and pain twisted inside her as she limped toward them. Then, without warning, a sharp slap struck her cheek. She stood frozen, numb not from the impact but from the words that followed. "Are you at peace finally? She has been raped because of you. Look at her condition, she is dying." A broken smile formed on her lips. Anyone could see her own ruined state-anyone but them. Once again, they had played their game. Once again, she was the one proven guilty. She wanted to scream, to tell them the truth. "It wasn't her who was raped. It was ME." But no words came out. Only silence.

On her eighteenth birthday, Sienna thought she had it all. She was about to be crowned Luna of the Silver Moon Pack alongside her childhood sweetheart, the future Alpha, Liam. But fate has a cruel sense of humor. Hours before the coronation, Sienna discovers Liam in bed with her wicked stepsister. To protect his pristine reputation, Liam plans to quietly reject Sienna in the shadows and discard her like trash. Sienna refuses to play the victim. Instead of crying, she steps up to the altar and publicly rejects him in front of the entire shocked pack. Expecting to be executed for her defiance, Sienna waits for the lethal blow. But it never comes. Instead, a man steps out of the shadows. Cassius is the Supreme Alpha King, a legendary, ruthless warlord who rules the entire continent with an iron fist. He wasn't supposed to be there, and he certainly wasn't supposed to drop to one knee before a broken, rejected wolf. His glowing red eyes lock onto Sienna, filled with an ancient, terrifying devotion. "Reject him, little wolf," the Supreme King commands, his voice dripping with dark possession as he claims her in front of the man who just broke her heart. "And let me show you what it feels like to be worshipped by a real Alpha." Liam thought he was throwing away a weak, useless Omega. He didn't know he just handed the Supreme King his Queen. And Cassius is going to make sure the entire pack pays for every tear she shed.

Some memories fade. Mine were taken. Everyone remembers the fire. Except me. Two doors down, a house burned. My husband remembers it. My cousin remembers it. Even the girl who lived there remembers me-giving clothes, running errands, laughing like I was part of that day. But I don't. Not the fire. Not the smoke. Not the fear. Every time I try to remember, my head pounds. Every question I ask gets dodged. Every detail I probe disappears. The truth is worse than forgetting. The fire wasn't the beginning. It was the cover-up. And someone-my own mother-has been carefully shaping what I can and cannot remember for years. Now, the pieces are resurfacing. And when they do... nothing in my life will feel safe, real, or mine again. Some memories were never meant to be found. But I'm going to find mine, no matter the cost.

Clara My heart has belonged to Spencer Fisher since that day in high school, when he winked at me during Mrs. Doyle's chemistry class. For twelve years we've been together through the good, the bad, and everything in between. For twelve years I've stood by him and supported him and watched him as he realized every single one of his dreams. But when Spencer's father is diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and he starts pulling away right when I need him most, we might have finally found the one thing that will tear us apart. Spencer I thought I had it made. But now I'm feeling it all slip away as the pressures of work and bills and hard decisions mount. And above all else, I have to watch my old man slowly wither away. I'm not used to feeling helpless, and now all I can do is watch the man who has always been larger than life to me die. I know Clara's doing her best to support me, but lately it feels like all I do is let her down. When my colleague introduces me to his sister Laney, it feels harmless at first. Laney listens without making demands. She's sympathetic. She reminds me to take care of myself. If she flirts occasionally and I find myself enjoying it? Well, that's probably harmless too. It's not like I'd ever act on anything. I'd never betray Clara. But the road to hell is paved with bad decisions, and by the time I realize what a fool I'm being, I might be too late to stop myself from losing the woman I love.
