Crappy little Paycheck story I'm writing over Christmas break about Elliot and Chance before they were forsaken. In this story Chance is super rich because he owns like a billion dollar casino and is a #progambler and Elliot is just Elliot being a pizza delivery guy. Elliot was happy enough living his normal life at his father's company, Build A Brother's Pizza. Sure, he did all the work since most of the staff was nowhere to be seen most of the time, but he still enjoyed his job at the old pizzeria anyway. He enjoyed his time with his little sister Mia especially. But everything turned upside down once he met a quirky, gambling-obsessed walked inside the pizzeria and offered Elliot a sly grin. Being a killer in that forsaken place was... entertaining, at best. Especially considering that-unlike the survivors, who were painfully aware of every second spent in that hell-the killers had been stripped of any ability to perceive rounds. They just knew they were there for a single purpose, with no capacity to question it. And they had no issue indulging in it over and over again. But one thing they all agreed on was: the food situation in that place sucked.
