This fanfic is set a few years after episode 8, with a small twist; Human kind was not entirely wiped out. A single one arrived 16 years ago, in a landing pod. If it wasn't for the Drone Colony to take him in, he would've died in the cold, toxic air. Instead, Khan Doorman decided to shelter the human, integrating him into the community. The process went semi-well for 16 years, but suddenly, he requested a meeting with none other, than Uzi.... Also the story has embedded youtube links, listen to the music to add to the atmosphere!

As a skilled Technician hired by the Elliott family, you spend your days maintaining Worker Drones in the shadowed, humming confines of their vast estate. Your routine is simple but satisfying, especially as you work alongside V, a peculiar Drone assigned to domestic tasks. Polite and precise, she appears to be just another part of the Elliott household. But as you go out of your way to help her, and she begins to respond with subtle, uncharacteristic warmth, something stirs beneath her circuitry. Slowly, the lines between human and machine blur, and a unique bond forms-a friendship, maybe even something more. But as you unravel the layers of V's programming, you also uncover something darker lurking within the Elliott's pristine halls. The family's expectations for their Drones run deeper than you realized, and the true nature of V's programming could threaten everything you've built together. In a world where kindness has no place in a machine's life, your connection with V will be tested in ways you could never have imagined. Original fic by MorganVA

You're just a human living in the 31st century. Your parents have not been around a whole lot, so drones became your primary caregivers. This has molded the way you see people and drones as a whole and has made it difficult for you to fight the feeling you're beginning to develop for one drone in particular. The perfect woman: Cyn(don't @ me). The problem is, it's culturally accepted that humans and drones intermingling is a degenerate and fround on behavior. How will this affect your feelings? Well, read and find out. That's how stories work. I don't know. This is the first writing thing I'm letting people see. Feel free to tell me all my faults.

When Y/n was a child, around the good ol' ripe age of 4-5, he and his parents were forced to move into the Elliot Manor, the father being old friends and a co-worker for Elliot's business. He was quick to befriend the owner's daughter, the two quickly growing to become the best of friends. And as they grew older, so did their intelligence grow, fixing up any Worker Drone that they could. Becoming closest to three specifically over time. But one day. They fixed up the wrong drone. A seemingly sweet drone. But they could never have imagined what said drone would have done. Leading to the rise of an old enemy once thought to be permanently defeated. But I guess his favorite saying "You kill me, I return stronger." Has some merit eh? Will our hero's survive and perhaps be victorious against their villains? Or will they be defeated and crushed, leaving the fate of the universe looking grim for all those who remain? Stay tuned...
