Evelyn eve Barton was adopted by Clint Barton after he found her in an alley with blood covered all over her body. But after digging deeper he found out she was one of hydra's biggest victims. Now in present time, Evelyn seems to have caught feelings for Clint's biggest fan (Kate bishop) but it's became her job to protect kate from Hydra that has returned to kill her.
