Beck Hardy always thought her big break would take her to Los Angeles, not back to her childhood bedroom, writing screenplays between shifts at the local play centre. Reed Hope thought he'd finally made it, until a career-threatening injury and a very public breakup leave rugby's golden boy desperate to escape the spotlight. When their matchmaking mothers swap their plus-one duties for a film festival and charity gala, Beck and Reed are thrown into each other's wildly different worlds. What begins as an awkward favour soon sparks undeniable chemistry, but with career-changing opportunities on the line, they'll have to decide whether the one thing neither of them planned for might be worth risking everything they've worked to build.

Two decades after the mysterious disappearance of her twin sister at the Happy Trails summer camp, Hannah Mountebank is ready to move forward. Rebuilding the once-abandoned site into a ski resort-Snowflake Mountain-she hopes to honour her sister's memory while finally laying old ghosts to rest. Tensions arise when an awkward encounter sparks a rift between them, but any personal conflicts are quickly overshadowed when strange occurrences on the mountain demand Hannah's attention elsewhere. Left to their own devices, the counselors attempt to settle in-until a sudden earthquake traps them inside the lodge, cutting them off from the outside world. With no way to call for help, panic sets in, and uneasy alliances form as the group struggles to survive. But as desperation mounts, suspicions grow, and long-buried secrets begin to surface. With the past and present colliding in unexpected ways, the counselors must confront the truth lurking beneath the mountain's icy surface-before it's too late.
