For decades, Joel and Lizzie had been inseparable. Through every adventure, every argument, and every quiet moment in between, they always found their way back to each other. With Lizzie in labor and the rain turning the roads dangerous, Joel pushed the car faster and faster, desperate to get her to the hospital in time. Then came the crash. Twisted metal. Yet somehow, a stranger appeared in the middle of the storm-pulling them from the wreckage and getting them to the hospital before it was too late. Lizzie survived. Their baby survived. And by the time Joel was able to ask questions, the mysterious rescuer had vanished without a trace. But Joel can't let it go. Neither can Lizzie. Because no one seems to know who saved them that night... or how they disappeared so completely. And the deeper they dig into the mystery, the more impossible the truth begins to seem.

After beating Scar to death in the cactus ring, Grian jumps off monopoly mountain to escape the pain and devastation. (not my art! found it off of google lol. whoever's art this is, it's amazing!) Grian is part vampire. Scar is a vex, and when bitten, they must bite back, to create a mate bond with the other. Well, the avian/vampire ran out of blood, and was starving. He lost control, biting Scar. Which sent Scar into his mating instincts, so the vex bites him back. They now have to figure what to do now that they were unintentionally mated to each other for the next year and had somehow fallen in love in the short weeks they had known each other. WARNING!!: there are talks and mentions of abuse and self harm, as well as suicidal thoughts and actions. VIEWER DESECRATION IS ADVISED!(Btw if i missed a warning on here thats on me but if i do end up doing something too graphic i will put a disclaimer at the top of the chapter if i remember) Edit: im rewriting this. I actually hate how ive written it which is why i haven't touched it in months. Sorry bout that by the way! I'm almost done the first chapter but then again I might just not write it for months XD.
