The tale of the Equestrian Innocent Sun is finished. For now, at least. A brand new tale, featuring her human counterpart, is about to unfold! Nothing will be quite the same as before. Weird happenings twist the mundane, symbols of cryptic gods obsess the innocent, and normalcy slips away to reveal uncanny fortresses designed by the demons of nightmare. Can Innocent Sun survive it all? And even worse... can she survive college? No reading of the first two SoI stories is needed! This is a fresh slate. Expect a mix of light moments and the occasional scene of pseudo-horror (it's my thing, I gotta do it!). I do not own concepts from Hasbro's My Little Pony: Equestria Girls, such as characters like Fluttershy, or general concepts such as Equestrian magic.

Equestria has been plunged into dark powers not meant to be controlled, but then, what about Chaos Magic? Actually, things might only get worse. Whatever the case, Sun's back, and with the help of her friends, old and new, she's ready to use her witchcraft to fight back against (and probably crush beneath her hoof) whatever dares to threaten her peaceful life! However, Sun isn't the only one who's important - any character can be! Through the eyes of biased narrators, both original and from MLP:FiM, read harrowing journeys across Equestria's forgotten lands and familiar sights, or maybe just a wacky adventure full of nonsense. ...Still reading? Okay, good. So, this is obviously a sequel to my last story, Songs of Innocence, but if you haven't read that, that's okay! The explosive first chapter of this story will seamlessly make you understand who Sun is, which is what's most important! You can even think of the previous story as just the pilot, while this is the main series, so to speak. This story will be a much more... casual read. Unlike SoI 1, this one is not based on a previous draft, so I'll just be making it up as I go along this time. Oh, and by the way, I think I gotta say this, so... I don't own any concepts, characters, or locations canon to My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, such as (but not limited to): the Elements of Harmony, Fluttershy, and Equestria. Those belong to Hasbro.

Innocent Sun is a happy person, who lives a happy life, free of strife or troubling conflicts. Her life is perfect... But, why does she feel unhappy? She's terrified, finding herself become someone she isn't; filled with anger and sadness, and nothing makes her feel better. This isn't her. What's going on with her?

Nightmares, horrors, evils beyond anything the world has seen... and a socially awkward unicorn. When Innocent Sun moves into the sleepy town of Ponyville, she is unexpectantly sent down a path filled with dangerous enemies, new friends, and a monstrous new power. As she goes from a simple amnesiac unicorn to a powerful sorceress with the power to summon demonic familiars, you'll find that her tale is one filled with heroism, and learning about what makes life worth living. Her tale is one that Equestria will never forget. ...Mostly because it's completely insane. Being transparent, this story is an MLP fanfic that started out as a pet project of mine, but I finished it a few days ago, and I felt it's finally time I share it. Sure, it starts out with typical "OC meets canon character" stuff, but it gets good, I swear! Seriously, this story gets quite insane by the end, and while I don't blame you if you don't read every single chapter... at least read the tenth chapters, because that's usually where it gets the most insane. I might even upload said tenth chapters before the others because... well, I'm going to be rewriting a lot of stuff, and I'm not gonna make you wait to get to the good parts. By the way, the story contains a lot of No More Heroes/Bayonetta influences, and some Devil May Cry ones earlier on. Also, please keep in mind that while I do try to write the characters canon to the show as accurately as I can, I try to write them with a bit more sincerity, as if they're people instead of cartoon ponies. Then again, take my attempt at a more realistic portrayal of the characters with a grain of salt. I'm still an amateur writer after all, so whether or not the characters do actually act like more realistic versions of the characters from the show is up to you to judge. All non-original characters, locations and concepts (eg, Fluttershy, Equestria, Elements of Harmony) belong to Hasbro.
