En un lugar fuera de Hallownest existe una tierra maravillosa llena de misterios y una luz tan grande y fuerte que llena de vida todo lo que toca. Y en alguno de los lugares tocados por la luz existe una tribu liderada por dos Lords hermanos. Pero esta historia no es sobre eso, es sobre una pequeña vasija que llegó a esta tribu y de su eventual destino. Esta Historia es un fanfic del juego Hollow Knight sobre una vasija creada por mi, llamada Rae, que al igual que el caballero y Quirell se aventuró más haya del reino de Hallownest, esta es la historia de su vida o de parte de ella. Esta Historia no aporta nada nuevo a la Historia del juego mas que ampliar un poco más el mundo, los sucesos que ocurren pasan casi en paralelo con los del juego en cierta parte (para que se tenga en cuenta eso) Me tome mucha inspiración de otros fanfics como el de Susurro9, "cuentos de Hallownest" para temas como la personalidad que puede llegar a tener una vasija y quizá haga una que otra referencia, por cierto es una gran historia la anterior se las recomiendo Sin más que añadir, espero que les guste.

Las mantis son fuertes, frías, despiadadas y por sobre todo, jamás se enamoran. Así es como debe ser una mantis, en especial un mantis Lord. Solo la perdición le espera a aquellos que osan romper las reglas, esto Orquídea lo sabe muy bien, por eso odia a ese caballero de mirada penetrante que le arrebató una victoria y su corazón. Nota: Este fic es secuela de otro llamado cuentos de Hallownest, pero no es necesario leerlo para entender esta historia, solo se hacen pequeñas referencias a personajes y escenas que no tienen demasiada importancia en la historia actual.

Luego de la derrota de The Radiance, todo en Hallownest ha comenzado a recuperarse, la civilización ha resurgido, familias de insectos han llegado y el comercio ha florecido. Aún sin un rey, todo parece funcionar bien, sin embargo alguien ha fallado en adaptarse a estos cambios. Durante toda su vida Hornet solo supo lo que era luchar, siempre en alerta, desconfiando de todos y asesinando a cada ser que se atrevía a acercarse demasiado. Nunca pudo tener amigos y perdió a su familia tiempo atrás. Ahora en completa soledad debe adaptarse a un mundo para el cual no está preparada, un mundo donde no parece ser necesaria ni querida. Sin embargo, una pequeña criatura puede que sea capaz de darle un nuevo sentido a su vida y enseñarle a amar a otros, demostrando que una familia compuesta por 10.528 experimentos fallidos, un eplorador amnésico, un murciélago demoniaco y un fantasma puede ser tan funcional como cualquiera.
