I carry the weight of past trauma and live with mental disorders, but that doesn't define me - not anymore. People can only see what's on the outside. Nobody knows the way it really is; to deal with these things in the real world. It's not having these problems that make you weak, but the way the world treats you for it. Yet beneath this pain lies a quiet strength- the kind born from surviving when survival never felt guaranteed. My journey is raw and imperfect, but it doesn't mean it should be silenced.
