Katsuki never thought he would one day find Izuku unconscious, naked and broken in an illegal brothel filled with trafficked omegas. The alpha had made the quirkless boy's life a living hell until Izuku had suddenly vanished. Katsuki never once stopped thinking about the missing omega during the seven years that followed. He became the number one pro-hero, but it still wasn't enough. Until he finally found him. Izuku was now saved, but he had no family left and nowhere to go. So Katsuki decided he would be the one to take care of him, because he just had this unexplainable attraction towards the omega and he never wanted to lose him ever again.

After his dream is finally crushed, Izuku isn't quite sure there's anything left for him to live for, but...he can't exactly kill himself either, not without hurting the people he cares the most about. So, when he realizes that the quirkless can't technically be vigilantes, it seems like the best of both worlds.
