In a world just starting to collapse, sixteen-year-old Javier Miller thought surviving meant waiting things out. But when a tragic accident tears his family apart during the first week of the outbreak, he's forced onto the road with nothing but his father's car, a pistol, and fading hope.
Lost, starving, and alone, Javier stumbles into the heart of a quiet forest-and into a past the rest of the world never knew existed. There, he meets Clementine, a hardened survivor who's been living the nightmare for nearly a decade, and the group of teens she's protecting.
As Javier struggles to come to terms with a world far more broken than he imagined, he learns that survival isn't just about weapons and luck-it's about who you become when there's nothing left. A story of grief, trust, and what it means to grow up at the end of the world
Also check out The walking dead: They knew, after this one as it's a direct sequel.
Note: This is a remake of a story I wrote when I was in 8th grade maybe. The original was really corny at moments and simple in terms of details. Also I kept adding characters from other franchises carelessly Which will still Happen here I guess? I want to remake the story into an actually readable thing while also keeping the heart of it the same.
