Ava Rousseau never meant to fall for one firefighter - let alone two. What begins as reluctant friendship deepens into something raw and unshakable: love in the wreckage, trust forged in fire. But fault lines don't ask permission before they break, and between ER chaos, unspoken confessions, and scars that refuse to fade, Ava learns the fiercest battles aren't fought in the field - they're fought inside your own chest.

Eleanor Rose Nash didn't grow up with anything close to a normal childhood. By fourteen, she had run from an abusive home and learned to survive on her own-fast, harsh lessons that shaped her into someone tough, guarded, and fiercely self-reliant. At twenty, she met Bobby Nash at an AA meeting. Neither of them was looking for family, but they found it anyway, two broken lives quietly fitting together through shared loss, addiction, and survival. When Bobby moved to Los Angeles, he didn't leave her behind. He asked her to come with him. She said yes. Over time, Bobby became the father she never had, and Eleanor became the daughter he didn't get to have. They pulled each other out of dark places until adoption papers made what they were feel official. A family, chosen and real. Ten years ago, she had nothing but survival. Now she had a home at the 118, a family in Bobby Nash, and a place she finally belonged. And then a blonde-haired, blue-eyed firefighter joined the 118. They became best friends almost instantly-easy laughs, shared shifts, an unspoken understanding that felt just as natural as breathing. For the first time in years, Eleanor let someone in without bracing for impact. Until it hit her, quietly and without warning, that what she felt for him might not just be friendship at all. And suddenly, everything changed.

Eddie Diaz doesn't let people in-until Y/n L/n quietly becomes the exception. She wasn't supposed to stay. But between shared grief, late-night silences, and a love that unfolds gently, Y/n becomes the one place Eddie can finally fall apart. A slow-burn, deeply emotional romance about healing after loss, choosing softness, and building forever-one quiet moment at a time. All characters from 9-1-1 are that of Ryan Murphey. Original story and characters are reserved by me. Some sexual content and trigger warnings. Chapters will indicate if it is. Enjoy!

"Nothing is ever easy when Evan Buckley is in your life." ** I do not own 9-1-1 or their characters. Stella Moore, Gigi, Mazzey, Amanda, Tyler, Savannah, Russell and any other character that will show up later in the story and events that will occur are mine. Not everything is as it is in the show 9-1-1.

❝ part of handling trauma is facing it, you should know, you've dealt with a lot of people going through trauma. ❞ 𝐰𝐚𝐫·𝐫𝐢·𝐨𝐫 | (especially in former times) a brave or experienced soldier or fighter. Theodora Solace always dreamt of becoming a firefighter. There had been nothing she wanted to do besides that and she did become one, a dual function FD-Medic with a stellar career all the way in New York. And yeah, her life and career had been as perfect as she could ever asked for. Until, Thea's life wasn't as perfect as it was. She had no choice but to move to a firehouse across the country, all the way to Los Angeles, California to help her overcome what happened back home in New York. Maybe she would found the perfect life she had lost in Los Angeles, with the help of friends and possibly new flame. © scriipturient 𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐱 𝐨𝐜 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 3 - 5

For a thousand years, the world has worshipped the legend of the Mikaelsons-Freya, Finn, Elijah, Klaus, Kol, and Rebekah. The first vampires. The first hybrid. The family bound by Always and Forever. But legends are curated. Legends hide the wounds that never healed. Estella Mikaelson-Kol's twin sister and the first and only Original Heretic-was erased from the story long before history was written. Born a siphoner and turned by Esther and Mikael, Estella became something impossible, something feared... and something her family never truly embraced. She and Kol were the outliers, the forgotten pair who never felt included in the vow meant to bind them all. Daggered again and again, silenced for centuries, their last imprisonment came in 1919. But magic has loopholes. When Estella siphoned the dagger's spell and woke alone, she didn't free the others. She freed Kol-and together they vanished into the night, letting their family believe they still slept in their coffins. A century later, in a small town called Mystic Falls, Klaus Mikaelson seeks to reunite his fractured family. He opens the coffins expecting to reclaim the siblings he lost. Instead, he finds two of them empty. Kol and Estella have been awake. Alive. Free. And the truth of their abandonment is about to shatter the legend of Always and Forever.
