After Adrien had been spending quite a lot of time around Kagami, Marinette assumes they're dating, giving up any hope she had for them to be together. Chat noir and Marinette started getting closer, watching movies and spending time together alone, giving Marinette someone else to turn to. Who else other than her dear partner? Someone she trusted completely. Without thinking she asks, "Can I kiss you?" This awkward yet enticing question unleashed a whole new beginning for Marinette and Chat noir, as they begin dating. Not only that, but after his jealousy starts to reveal itself, Adrien begins acting differently around her. Her school life also gets a bit complicated as she is paired up with Adrien and Nathaniel on a big project. Nathaniel confesses his feelings for Marinette, only increasing Chat noir's jealousy. But... What would happen if Nathaniel found out about Marinette's little secret? Would he keep her secret or use it against her? Tensions rise, hearts that once beat happily start to break as truths start to reveal themselves.

Season 5-episode Revelation where we got to see Adrienette's amazing first kiss as Adrien was being shipped off the London. Well... how a reveal could have happened and kept Adrien from leaving.

Post season 5 aged-up to university. Marinette ends things with Adrien as the lies of Monarchs defeat and being Ladybug overwhelm her. Adrien can't believe he lost the love of his life after everything. If she won't talk to Adrien and give him the answers he wants and surely deserves, then maybe Chat Noir can get them.

The love story between Chat Noir and Ladybug/ Marinette and Adrien is beginning to look hopeless When Marinette starts to see a looming threat. Will Marinette figure out all the pieces of the puzzle? Will Adrien finally uncover all of Ladybug's secrets? (Disclaimer: This does not follow the events of the show, in this AU, the episodes after season 2 episode 23 have not happened.)
