The laws given by God establish peace in society.

What makes you a person? What makes you a tree? What if you weren't either? How would you know? Every person is born with an innate understanding of person-hood. Accept for Edward. Edward was not born like any other. Edward has a brilliant yet alien mind, which has been a blessing and a curse for his entire life. He has had to hide his true nature from others, knowing they will fear him, and he has done so successfully throughout his childhood. But now tragedy strikes him, and his carefully constructed veil is slipping. Only one person can save him, although he does not know it yet. Now he walks a dangerous path: That of the monster. That of the inhuman. That of fear. If you like poetry, psychological thrillers, romance stories, tragedies or dramas this should appeal in one form or another. I would greatly appreciated any form of feedback no matter how harsh as I wish to improve.
