Shinso is out one weekend and almost gets pickpocketed by a teen with a powerful mind control quirk. Everyone thought they would fail but when the hideout is raided and the villains are arrested they find a boy. Oyama Sanyu is a hero from another world where no one is born with powers and quirks aren't a thing. The fact he has powers at all is kind of a mistake.
