Shawna Roberts is the girl that every guy turns to when they need a fake date, a fake girlfriend, a fake fling to make some other girl jealous, a fake couple photo to send to their parents... Shawna's pretty much seen it all. But no matter what they pay her for, everything she does has one common factor: it's all fake. That doesn't make being their paid girl much easier, though. Adam Ferrell is the campus heartthrob with the appearance of a god, an ego the size of Canada, and worshiped by everyone to monumentally ridiculous proportions. In Shawna's mind, it's a miracle his head fits through his shirt every morning. Yet despite their instant dislike for one another, Adam and Shawna each need what the other can offer. When Adam unexpectedly pushes into Shawna's life with a business deal, she's torn between her feelings and her sense of duty, which protects a secret she has kept for years, from even those closest to her. And as the two begrudgingly get to know each other, masks start slipping and secrets come spilling out, forcing each of them to confront some of their darkest moments and deepest fears.

*sequel to My Ex-Best Friend: The Bad Boy, but can be read as a stand alone* *cover made by weird_liv* Daxton Smythe will never be the same after the fatal car accident when he was fourteen that killed his mother. Three years later, he is still suffering. He will never be able to escape the past. However, Dax's life has been going smoothly for a while. His guardian is one of the best he could ask for, his older brother is still there for him, and he's still close with his best friend. Things will always be this way, right? Wrong. Dax is in his senior year of high school, which soon turns into a roller coaster. He never thought life would be any worse than it was when he was fourteen and fifteen. Boy, was he wrong. After all, what's senior year without some drama? Warning: Mild language and sensitive topics. Might have some trigger warnings, especially because of Dax's condition. ~*~*~*~ I'd like to thank Cold_icelove247 for the title of the book. :)

One thing I'll always remember is my parents saying "Everyone has a story" "Everyone has a story with a past, tragic or not. Everyone has a story that is meant to go unjudged, even if it was never told" But sometimes we forget that. Like when I though that my guardian was the devil. Even though he taught me how to laugh, how to protect, and even possible how to love. I only asked one thing "Why?" I still remember the one phrase that changed my life"Let me carry her" This one single and normal phrase was said by none other than Cooper Kingsley, our school's and town's bad boy. He was the championship boxer who drove a motorcycle and got into trouble frequently. He's the guy with brown hair that looked soft enough to run my fingers through, the guy with irresistible cold blue eyes and the guy with a built and strong body that made girls crazy. He wasn't your typical player either; no he was just hard to get- A complete tease. And the fact that he would volunteer to help a girl like this, was not normal. So what did Cooper Kingsley want anything to do with the bland and boring me? I was completely and utterly average. Or so I thought. So why did the devil suddenly become my guardian? Let's find out. He leaned in closer, if that was even possible, his spearmint breath fanning across my face. My breathing got caught in my throat as he lowered his mouth to my ear. "You can deny liking me, wanting me, but let's face it- You're like all the rest. You're that good girl who so secretly but desperately wants to change me. All girls want to be the one that makes the bad boy change, they want him to change for them. So you can go around, acting like you don't care about me, go ahead Bella, do that. But let me tell you this, I enjoy a good chase, and that's exactly what you are. Cause Bella, I get what I want, and I want you." ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ My full name is Bellatrix Annaliese Brown. Yeah yeah, weird name. Anyways, I am from London, England and moved here once before when I was sixteen. After being bullied, I moved back to England, where I was living with my Aunt till my parents decided I should come back to America for my senior year in high school. As you can see, I don't have the best of luck, which I guess is why- I became the Bad Boy's Victim. ___________________ PUBLISHED AND CAN BE BOUGHT ON AMAZON! http://www.amazon.com/Being-Bad-Boys-Victim-Romantic-ebook/dp/B016PSBM70/ref=tmm_kin_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1445179301&sr=1-1

Rebecca Finch hates telling stories. And in her family, they treasure story telling like second nature. But this year she is forced to go to the family reunion to tell a story that might make a little kid cry. When she takes a bus to Chicago, but accidentally falls asleep, she finds out that she... Missed her stop. Kicked out by the bus driver, she has nothing but the clothes on her back, a dead phone and twenty bucks. But that's when Jay, the optimistic hitchhiker that carries a bottomless backpack, stumbles into her path to join her on the adventure. Against her will, of course. With only two weeks until the reunion, the two travel across the country. Armed with only a frying pan, they join the circus, befriend a mob boss, get harassed by a perverted zebra, run away from the Men in Black, and steal a motorcycle only to get caught by the police for a whole different crime. After all the endless bickering, random trivia facts, and off-key singing, how will the two survive each other?
