dove's story. Dove Styles - Sunny. Prinkípissa. Best Friend. She's perfect, she's beautiful, she's smart, and has a loving boyfriend of almost three years. Until his infidelity with an unimaginable partner in crime exposes the cracks in her life. So, who does she turn to? Her parent's best friend's son. Her childhood friend. But hey, a rebound can be healthy, right? There's a chance everything won't go up in flames, right? There's a chance their summer break spent as friends with benefits won't intertwine with their family's close relationship and they'll never find out about this unspoken agreement, right? I mean, what could go wrong? Famously, nothing. Nothing could derail. Nothing could cause their harmless summer fling to go off the tracks of their original deal...right? It's not like falling in love will be a problem. A girl freshly dealing from a traumatising end to a long term serious relationship forming her primitive years, and a boy so riddled with the genuine belief romantic love will never be his - not with his issues surrounding his ability to be vulnerable, anyway. So...they ask again, what could go wrong?

Harry tilted his head, eyes scanning her as if weighing her carefully, the faintest smile tugging at his lips. "You talk like you've got something to prove." Isla leaned back slightly, setting her pen down with a soft click. She folded her arms, her posture unbothered. "I don't actually. I already proved it." He raised both eyebrows in mock surprise, a soft chuckle escaping him as he straightened up in his chair. "Let me guess. Daddy was a lawyer. You're trying to outdo him?" Her gaze sharpened, her lips pressing into a tight line as she met his challenge. "No. Daddy was a mechanic. He taught me to spot bullshit before it stains the carpet." The grin that spread across his face was genuine this time-amused and impressed. "Okay, Grant. That one almost impressed me." "You think this is a game, Styles. But I'm the only one sitting on your side of the table." A beat of silence. Harry watched her, expression unreadable, as she turned to leave. His gaze followed her, his eyes narrowing as if deciding something in his mind. "You coming back tomorrow?" "Depends. You planning to waste my time again?" He then smiled, a slow, almost imperceptible smile that didn't quite reach his eyes. "I might let you save me, counselor. Just a little." © 2025 . All rights reserved.

He whispered tauntingly, leaning in closer to breathe cynically and I could practically hear amusement in his tone. I say nothing. Attempting to control my breathing and not break into deeper panic as my lips stayed sealed with his touch on them, slowly dragging the sensation down over my chin where he continued to smear the crimson blood. "C'mon, I know you're itching to talk back... or have I finally silenced you, hm?" He chuckled through his taunting. "Tell me Princess... are we gonna have a problem?" Slowly, I shook my head from side to side. It caused him to squeeze my chin, all of his fingertips now on me staining the imprint of his touch onto my face. He shifted his touch south, cupping the side of my neck and I squirmed against the wall at the feeling of his handprint on a sensitive area, his head moved away from my opposing ear to look down at me once again. "This is our little secret, yeah? I wouldn't want you to be the next one tied to that chair with your blood splattered on the floor." - Started: April 2024 Finished:

The cat and mouse game begins, blurring the lines between duty and desire. // "Because we're still doing this the easy way." Harry muttered, his hand flexed on the back of my neck. I gasped when he used my throat to pull me towards him. He spun me around, shoving me back forcefully so my back hit the wall. "I don't want to have to do it the hard way." His chest was against mine to keep me further restrained, my wrists were pinned against the wall above my head. "I don't wanna have to be the bad guy." "What are you going to do?" I asked him, swallowing, feeling his palm wrapped tightly around my throat, but not enough that I was choking, just enough that I could feel the pressure. "Are you trying to choke me, Harry?" I cocked my head to the side, grinning through my blood stained lips. "C'mon... you know I like it."
