Raiha's Father works as a pro hero, and her mother works as an interviewer in the Public Hero Safety Commission. It's no surprise that she was privileged. Growing up, being put on a pedestal was something she despised. In a world where your worth is seemingly deemed by your quirk, everyone disregarded her emotions just because she had a power with strong potential. Her humility didn't make anything better. However, having seen how quirkless individuals or people with "lame" quirks get picked on, Raiha realised the reason people put her down for her strong quirk was out of pain.
