Effy works nights at a shitty bar in a shitty part of LA, lives in an even shittier apartment with a leaky ceiling and a stray cat that refuses to leave. She's all rough edges and way too used to life handing her the short end of the stick. Nothing ever comes easy, and if it does, it probably wants something in return. Then this girl walks in. Easy laugh. Soft eyes. Looks like sin in a bandana and moves like the world's hers for the taking.
