Their fragile partnership is threatened when Jane must face up to the damage he's caused Lisbon in the past and his unwillingness to open up to her. This story explores the angle where Jane planned his return home causing major issues with his relationship with Lisbon, a missing link if found between Jane and Lisbon that causes huge doubts with Lisbon and what happens when feelings are left undeclared but acted upon physically.

There's been a horrible accident that will change the way Jane looks at things forever. Can Lisbon see him through? In a world from of strangers, Lisbon is the only face in the crowd he recognizes.

Jane and Lisbon have a two week vacation ever since Jane disrupted the plane's schedule. All alone in Florida, in the Blue Bird Hotel, what happens when two people who are meant to be together, can't find their way out of the maze? Or maybe they don't want to !!!!!!

What if Lisbon's breakdown in series 2, episode 3 'Red Badge' wasn't because she was been drugged? What if something else had caused her to snap and the only person that could help was Patrick Jane?

Neither of them knew what awaited them but ghosts from the past, drunken confessions and learning how to juggle were only a few of these things.
