Alpha Ground Zero is assigned a case for a drug manufacturing and smuggling ring for a scent that puts people in aggressive and painful heats or ruts in order to be used against hero's while fighting. Shoto Todoroki was pretty young when he got hit by a neko quirk. It's stuck with him his whole life, basically turning him into a human cat. He does a lot of cat things, you know, like a cat. Probably because Izuku couldn't help but pet him. He always loved cats and couldn't resist those fluffy ears, plus at the time Shoto looked asleep. His first mistake wasn't checking this fact first, it seems he was just playing dead and was too lazy to open his eyes when a soft but slightly calloused hand started scratching behind his ears. He started purring without really noticing he was, nuzzling into this blissful feeling. And that started his addiction with the green haired teen. You can assume the surprise that the first day of UA for both boys when they saw each other in their home room of their heroics class.
