The Second Book in the Ben 10 Dark Apocalypse series. CaD12, Ben's former boss, and mentor, is running for Mayor of Sion City. As CaD begins making moves to change the crumbling crime ridden poverty stricken paradise for the rich and powerful- a war over an election brews. Nesmith sends mercenaries to assassinate CaD as the election becomes less about votes and more of a physical battlefield, as Ben and his allies at Mili-EX are tasked with protecting their old boss at all costs. Academy City. A large city in Japan that is comprised completely of research centers, colleges, high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools. 81 percent of it's population is comprised of students while 60 percent of students are super powered psychics created through Academy City's power development program called Espers. Mikoto Misaka is the third strongest Esper out of that 2.1 billion that dwell in Academy City, being also a prestigious student at the most high class all girl's school in the entire world. Naturally, having such high powers, she has faced many weird phenomenon within the city known for the weird and scientifically advanced. However.. her knowledge about the universe is challenged when she meets a particularly weak esper named Ben Tennyson, whose been living on the streets because he couldn't afford the dorm. And as Mikoto will soon discover.. Ben's true powers.. completely unrelated to his esper ones... are quite out of this world...literally.. ( Also known as とある科学のオムニトリックス Toaru Kagaku no Omunitorikkusu.)

In the world of My Hero Academia, where humans all started developing abilities beyond the norm of humanity, having powers is everything, and the dream job of every person's wildest imaginations become real.. Super Heroes. Ben Tennyson however, is quirkless, one of the few 'normal' humans to still exist, possessing no super powers to speak of. That all changes however, when a certain device falls from the sky...

It's time to go to SPAAAAACE!!! After getting through his Provisional License Exams, Ben is having a hard time deciding between the Hero Agencies he wants to choose for his first assignment as a Side Kick. With offers from Ryukyu, Endeavor and Mirko Agency, Ben is not short of choices in spite of half the world's hatred of him due to Will Harangue's bad press, but Ben is still having a hard time finding the ideal boss he can learn from. However, he will have plenty of time to decide before that happens, as he and Class 1A are going on a fieldtrip.. and it is the fieldtrip to exceed ALL fieldtrips, as they're going to SPACE. In his first major stint as a UA Teacher, Tetrax takes the entire class and a few teachers on an all expenses paid trip across the Universe to learn from and visit various Super Heroes from other planets, and the final stop? The remains of Tetrax's old homeworld, in the hope that Chromastone, the only Crystalsapien left in existence, can revive it to its former glory. However, the trip isn't all that easy, for there's somebody else besides Vilgax pursuing the Omnitrix, and as he leads the League of Villains into the vast void of space, he won't hesitate to use any means at his disposal to wrench the Omnitrix from Ben's cold dying hands.

You'd think that in a world filled with Super Heroes, aliens would be a normal thing. Heck the romanticized version of heroes from old comics has always been that of alien heroes falling to Earth as babies. But not in this Quirk Based Society. Ben Tennyson, aspiring hero student at UA Hero Academy and wielder of one of the most powerful devices in the Galaxy, The Omnitrix, now has to deal with the fact that the nature of his power isn't a secret anymore. His adopted family plagued by reporters, he can't even go on a proper date with Kyoka Jiro. And with tensions on trusting UA's public relations already at a low point thanks to the USJ events and the League of Villains, Not to mention the secret organization known as the Plumbers revealing their hand, things are set to come crumbling down on the Hero in Training. But Ben's got several things on his side. His classmates, his girl friend, All Might, a bunch of super powered alien forms, and witty sarcasm.

ITS HERO TIME.. or is it Deja Vu Time? After a tussle with the mysterious contestant of the Radiant War known as Shi Jian, aka the Time Traveler, Ben starts to suddenly find himself reliving the same day over and over again. And what's more, Shi Jian himself is ALSO caught up in it, much to his chagrin. If the two of them wish to escape the loop, they must now work together to figure out the source of the loop, and in order to do that Ben must unlock his time traveling alien form, Clockwork. Can the two get over their differences and learn to work together? Or will they be stuck in the time loop for all eternity.. or.. er.. that moment in time.. uh.. what do I even call this!?

The Fairy, The Demon, The Star, The Vampire, The Time Traveler, The Killer, The Alien Hero. These 7 people are known in one way or another, as heroes of the Earth from which they hail. Each Earth is different. Some hail from a magical world filled with demons, dragons and monsters. Others come from a world constantly changing due to Temporal Threats. Two come from a nearly identical Earths, and one hails from a world where Japan still relies on lords and swords. Ben has no memory of who he is or where he came from. For as long as he could remember he has lived in Sato City Japan, attending Mizuki High School with his friends. However, things change when one of the students in his class, Hanzo, appears in front of him during an apparent 'date' with the school beauty Erice Tsukiyomi. Hanzo kills Ben immediately, only for Ben to awaken the next day in his own bed barely clinging to life as a strange device activates on his wrist. The Radiant Wars have begun. Now Ben has to fight to kill and rediscover his incredible powers, for there can only be one left when the blood and dust settles.

Bellwood City due to the Cataclysmic event called "The Fissure" that took place during the catastrophe that razed the planet, was split in half, with both halves being separated by miles. Now, 2 years after Ben found the Omnitrix, he lives alone in the City of Sin, a city ruled by gangs, mercenaries, enhanced super powered humans, cybernetics, and a cyberpunk hell on Earth. Having lost all hope in the aspirations of a kid hero, Ben lives every day depressed and dying a little inside each day.. until a chance encounter forces him to Go Alien- one last time.
