Bakugo Katsuki has been abused his whole life by his mother for being transgender. Now he's deaf and depressed. Will Deku and his twin sister Kasumi be able to save him before his final clock ticks? Deku was badly injured when rescuing Bakugou from the league of villains. He was put into a coma. Meanwhile Bakugou, not sure if Deku will survive this, is forced to face how he really feels.

Katsuki doesn't remember when he first fell in love with Izuku, all he remembers is getting diagnosed with the deadly and extremely rare Hanahaki Disease at the age of four. He grows up trying to deal with the purple and white lilacs growing in his lungs and throat while training to become a hero. Will he finally get the surgery his mom been begging him to get? Will Izuku ever return his feelings? Or will Katsuki let himself suffocate to death before swallowing his pride and picking one of the other two options? Bakugou acts tough all the time, the fear of rejection builds up his pride. His plan to lead a life that is not as how he really desires it, however, goes wrong when Katsuki got an illness and now had to decide whether to confess his feelings or to die.
