In this story the reader is not a Nightfury like all the others. They are a dragon killer, a Deathgripper! They seem to have a friend too! It's a Hobblegrunt, what an odd pair. Since Berkians can remember, every person in the teenage years will gain the ability to shapeshift into their spirit animal.
