He didn't seem to want to get away from me as I had feared. And why did he still go Christmas shopping for my children? "I don't know...I really gotta go...I'm running late..." Yes, yes, you are. Don't you the fuck dare and get into a small confined space with him. You have plans...remember? Michael's hand had grabbed mine and he pulled me along. So against my better judgment I ended up in his SUV.

Michael simply returned her stare. "Do you regret you came here?" "I had no choice, don't you know that by now?" A lonely tear slid down her soft cheek. He reached out and caught it, cherishing the sparkling drop, wishing with all his heart she'd never cry over him again. This story starts in 1996- Michael is about to marry Debbie and has a secret friend flown in to Australia to spend some time with him. Will his new marriage bring him closer to his ex-wife, or drive them apart forever?

As many Jacksley fans know, their relationship developed through phone calls and little dates. This story takes place between 1992-1993, but it will begin in 1984. I hope you enjoy it. This story won't be as the others.
