Thirteen years ago, I was born by my mother Mao and my father Shota. We lived in the Earth Kingdom peacefully, along with my my older brother for years. Until the night guards came to our house, demanding my father come with them. I was only five at the time, hiding behind my mother as the Fire Nation guards tried to take my father. I remember everything that happened that night. First there was shouting, voices ringing angrily through the house. Then came the fighting. The guards attempting to take him by force; my father fighting back. Mother grabbed me and my brother, taking us outside to avoid the flames being thrown around our home. I strained against her, desperate to get to father, who's screams could be heard from inside. My mother forced me to stay put as she ran back to the house to help father. Neither of them came back. My brother and I hid in the forest next to our house as the guards came out of the burning house. He told me to stay hidden while he went to check things out and I didn't move until the house collapsed. My brother never returned. It was then, I was determined to get revenge, to take down the Fire Nation for taking my family away from me. My name is Mari and I will see to it that the Fire Nation burns.

(Strays from what's cannon) Avatar Korra has been dead for almost 20 years, and people are starting to doubt there will be another avatar. Ever since Raava was ripped out of her, and her connection with the past avatars was lost, Korra always had a tiny doubt there wouldn't be another Avatar. Fortunately, it just took the White Lotus a while to find her. Luna is an unsure Earthbender from a place nearly no one has heard of. But, she is the only one who can even begin to understand and defeat this new threat to the world. But even with her friends helping her, will she even be able to defeat them once and for all? I highly recommend you at least watch The Legend of Korra before you read this. The times, places, and people will make sense. It would be even better if you watch Avatar: The Last Airbender as well. (Strays from what's cannon) After Morada's sacrifice, Team Avatar, with the help of Ummi, is reunited again. But with the village of Wu Li Shong growing stronger everyday, Luna must quickly learn how to firebend before they cause any more huge casualties. But there's something different about firebending, something Luna can't really explain. And it's the same feeling as when she heals. With more spiritual interactions, the Wu Li Shong getting more dangerous by the second, and a plot bound to keep you on the edge of your seat, Book 3 will be something to remember. I recommend that you read my first two stories first! You'll understand this book much better. :) No copyright inteneded; cover art is not mine.

Doubled Elements: Book 2 The guards came in and out, until Lin got frustrated. "Why don't you ask our people, then?" "What?" Korra asked. "It could be any one of us," Lin shrugged. "You don't trust us?" Aimi said loudly. "Are you asking me and Raiden to do this?" I felt my face heat up. Aimi, shut the hell up. "I'm asking everyone to take a seat, even my sister," Lin frowned. "This is a waste of time," Korra exclaimed. "We could be looking for him right now." "Trust me, there are people doing that," Lin said. "Now, Su, take a seat." We were all clear. Mako, Suyin, Asami, Bolin, Lin . . . And then it was Aimi's turn. She sat down, looking startled. She wiped her clammy hands on her shirt. She was nervous like that; I understood. "Where were you last night?" Aiwei asked. "I was fighting against the Red Lotus members, like everyone else." Aiwei's eyes narrowed. He leaned closer. "Did you tell Zaheer of the Avatar's whereabouts?" "No, I didn't," she said. "Did you give the Avatar's whereabouts away?" Aiwei repeated. "No!" Aimi yelled, her eyes bright with fury. "I just got here!" "She's lying," Aiwei stood up.  I shook my head, furrowing my eyebrows. Aimi? She couldn't have. She never had the time . . . Suyin's mouth fell open in shock. "How could you do this to us?" "I didn't!" She stood up. "I swear I didn't." Suyin walked up to her. "You stayed here. You became friends with my daughter, and then gave away the Avatar? For what?" Aimi shrunk back, frozen in fear. (I own none of the original Legend of Korra or Avatar the last Airbender characters. I do, however, own many of the new ones like Aimi, Raiden, Reika, Eris, Erin, and more to come :))
