It goes by many names - Chaos in Greek mythology, Demiurge in Gnosticism, and countless others across different worlds. But it doesn't care about any of them. Sylethar granted Oleg multiple 'gifts' and even created a special race for him to be reborn into - all for one purpose: To make the Cardinal World as chaotic as possible. Why? Why would Sylethar want that? Why choose him? Because it's Sylethar... or maybe there's some deeper, more elaborate reason behind it. Or perhaps... just pity. Who knows. Also context: He is reincarnated after Guy was summoned in the Cardinal World (why that time you asked... I don't know really, just go with it) and also... it isn't decided yet if it's connected to the That Time I Got Reincarnated As The Strongest Angel.
