She walked into a courtroom like she owned the deed, every step exuding the kind of confidence reserved for those inches from making senior partner. For her, litigation was a blood sport- and she never left the arena without the win. Every case she touched, she devoured. However, she now knows that Manon Bannerman never thought of them as "just" friends in the first place.

"Excuse me? Do you know what happened to the girl who lives in apartment 017?" "Oh, yeah, that girl, she moved out last night." "Just like that? So suddenly?" "Don't get me started. She said she wanted to move out yesterday, so I told her we have a one month notice here, but she wasn't having none of that, said she couldn't wait another month. So she just paid me a month of rent to settle the notice, packed up her stuff and left late last night. Complicated girl that one."

Daniela started sending a secret letters that were meant to be for Manon. Unknowingly the person that's been receiving all her secret letters is Megan.

Both head cheer leaders of their respective schools, so their difference couldnt be more seen but beneath their rivalry lies a shared darker bond- one forged by the twisted legacies of their fathers.

Megan Skiendiel isn't used to being noticed unless it's for raising her hand in class or fixing someone's tech. Daniela Avanzini, on the other hand, has the whole school wrapped around her finger head cheerleader, effortlessly hot, and emotionally unavailable.
