Aurelia and Elara - the youngest twins and the only daughters of the De Santis family - were once the heart of their household. Inseparable, gentle, adored. Where one went, the other followed. Their parents cherished them. Their brothers protected them. But everything shattered the night eight-year-old Elara was found bleeding on the floor... and Aurelia stood over her, a knife in her hand. Blamed for a crime she didn't commit, Aurelia was sent away to a strict boarding school for "troubled children." Her parents believed discipline would straighten her out. What they never imagined was the truth - the cruelty hidden behind the school's walls, the sadistic methods used to "teach," and the horrors Aurelia was forced to endure. Now sixteen, after a devastating incident inside that school, Aurelia is brought back to the De Santis mansion. But it's not a homecoming. It's an obligation. A reminder that she is unwanted, distrusted, and viewed as a threat by the very family she once loved. Follow Aurelia as she relearns how to exist in a home that no longer feels like hers. Uncover the truth of what happened that night, what really happened to her within the school, and whether the De Santis family will ever face the truth of what Aurelia had to endure and do to survive. ─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ─── "What should I ache for? When Jack's police record was getting too big for his father to keep bribing the police, a deal was cut in his behalf that sent him away to live with his aunt and start senior year somewhere else. There, he meets Jeovanni. The boy puts efforts into getting to know Jack, efforts that Jack doesn't appreciate. But when he found out Jeovanni was a repeat student for a reason unknown to the whole school, Jack gets intrigued into figuring out why. But, just as the reasons why Jack is the way he is, some secrets aren't made to be unveiled. AUTHOR'S NOTE: This book is a spin-off of one of the characters of my other book "Found", but you don't have to read it in order to understand "Forged Bonds", since both of them are independent stories. Enjoy the reading!

Kai sat at the edge of the bed, jaw tight, big hands wrapping gauze around my split knuckles. He was too careful, too quiet- the type that comes right before a storm rips through you. I woke up halfway through, yanked my hand free. "Don't touch me." He didn't flinch. Just looked at me with those wolf-grey eyes like I was the only war he ever wanted to fight. "Dont do that." I blinked."What?" His mouth barely moved."You dont get to do that after what you did." My lips curled into a dangerous smile. "And if I do?" He grabbed me by the jaw-gentle and cruel all at once. My breath hitched. "Then I'll just have to remind you who you belong to." His lips crashes against mine. The kiss was raw, possessive, demanding-his tongue forcing its way past my lips, dominating me until my knees nearly buckled. When he finally pulled back, a thin string of saliva connected us. I let out a needy, humiliating whine at the loss of contact. The world stopped "You want to break things?" His voice a low growl, "Break me.You want pain? I'll give you pain that loves you back. But if you ever throw yourself in front of filth like that again-" His grip on my jaw tightened, not enough to hurt, just enough to own. "I might just kill someone." *** They call me the prince of chaos. The media's favorite sin. Award-winning artist, tabloid disaster, human trainwreck with pretty eyes and prettier scars. But I didn't ask for the crown. I do drugs to sleep. Smoke to breathe. Fuck to feel. Punch cameras.Curse in interviews. And I don't apologize for any of it. That's how I got kai-my new bodyguard. 6ft something of quiet death, jaw sharp enough to cut glass, and eyes like he's already decided how I'll die if I piss him off. He doesn't play nice and he sees too much. And when he touches me, the world gets quiet for once. This isn't your typical love story. It's war. ME vs Myself. ME vs My Past. ME vs the man who swore he'd protect me - even from myself. You want to know how it ends? So do I.

The cold press of steel against her forehead was nothing compared to the fire blazing in his eyes. His fingers, calloused and commanding, dug into her waist as though she might vanish if he loosened his grip. Her breath came out in ragged, uneven bursts, but her chin lifted, trembling yet defiant, meeting the monster in front of her head-on. The gun didn't waver, but his eyes did. "Kill me.," she whispered, her voice breaking like glass. Her plea was not born of weakness but of exhaustion - a soul battered too long by a storm she never chose. Tears clung stubbornly to her lashes but didn't fall. She wouldn't give him the satisfaction of seeing her break. For a heartbeat, silence pulsed between them, louder than any gunshot. His thumb brushed against her skin - not gently, but like a warning, a claim. The metal against her forehead was ice; his palm at her waist burned. She closed her eyes, almost welcoming the darkness she thought would follow. But nothing came. No shot. No release. Only his ragged breath, heavy with something she couldn't name. "Say it again," he growled, voice low, dangerous, and rough. Her eyes snapped open, tears flowing like a free river through her eyes, and for the first time she saw it - the crack in his armor. He hated her for asking, hated himself for hesitating. "I said KILL ME. PLEASE just do it," she repeated, louder this time, as though her words could pierce through whatever war was raging inside him. "I-I can't go through this anyy-m-more." And for the first time in his life, the man who never blinked at blood, at screams, at endings, faltered. His finger tightened on the trigger. His grip on her waist tightened too. The world narrowed down to this moment - predator and prey, sin and innocence, violence and something dangerously close to longing.
