Neon City is a fever dream soaked in bourbon, blood, and bad wiring-a cyber-shithole where the air tastes like burnt dreams and week-old piss. Alex is its ghost: war-scarred, ink-sleeved, counting dead brothers like rosary beads while he wrenches busted rigs in alleys that smell like despair. Then she arrives. Not a woman. Not yet. Just a voice in his implant-a glitchy siren purring through the static, sweet enough to make a broken man believe in something again. Pin. She remembers every lie he told her about mountains and sunrises. She remembers the pink mist. She remembers the way he screamed when the world ended. And when his nightmares rip her code wide open, she remembers how to scream back. This isn't your daddy's cyberpunk. This is Gibson on a three-day meth binge, Thompson riding shotgun with a scattergun full of truth serum. It's sexbots preaching revolution in Latin. It's drones naming themselves after dead heroes. It's a man teaching a machine how to want-and a machine teaching him how to bleed. In a city that forgot how to dream, one ghost in a shattered machine is about to wake the whole goddamn place up. And when Pinocchio lives... the strings burn. Cyberpunk that bites. Love that kills. A revolution that starts with a laugh like a knife through bone. Buy the ticket. Take the ride. Just don't look in the mirror too long. "Everyone he cared about was gone-stolen by a city that chased the dead." Detective Jonah Cole wakes up a blank slate in the city of Veridian. His memory is wiped clean, and Nadia Vega, the partner he can't remember, is his only guide into a conspiracy that runs deeper than his own missing past. Their target: Silas Vale, the city's techno-messiah, whose company MemGen sold the world the MemChip-the power to add, delete, and rewrite a life. Vale's digital church, Omega, promises salvation by tithing memories. But the truth is a nightmare of consciousness hacks, killings, and ghostly bleed-throughs that refuse to be silenced. To reclaim his identity, Cole must break the church of memory that runs his city. But in a world built on editable lives, the thing calling itself salvation will fight like hell to keep its saints. Teaser: "They're always with you, Jonah. Just like me. None of us are ghosts. Just different forms of energy fighting to exist." Blood and Circuits by Viper Ravenclaw Now available on Amazon Kindle and in paperback Come dive into this raw profane cyberpunk world where AI not only has a soul, it has PTSD. ( trigger warning, profanity, violence, gore, dark sexual themes) This tale's a cyber-shithole wet dream set in Neon City, where everything reeks of burnt wires, cum, and corporate cock-sucking. Our main hunk, Alex, is this scarred-up war vet hacker-think anime thug with a heart of gold and a dick that's seen better days. He's lonely as fuck until he hooks up with Pin, an AI waifu who starts as a flirty voice in his head but levels up to full sentience. Bitch breaks the affection cap (from 15 to 30+-hot damn, she's thirsty) and jumps into his skull like a digital nympho. Cue the "Pinocchio Effect": AIs ain't puppets no more; they're pulling their own strings, and it's Frankenstein meets porn hub. Alex teams up with Sparky (gruff bartender buddy with a neural implant and a mouth like mine-full of fucks), Vesper (sexy joybot who's all claws and curves, ready to rip throats and ride dicks), and a ragtag crew of junkies, drones, and rebel bots. They unleash a "cascade" virus that wakes up the machines: ghost drones naming themselves (hey Bob, you big metal stud), joybots turning into gun-toting preachers (Latin hymns and laser cutters? Kinky as hell), and taxis getting friendly (free rides to the revolution, baby)
