💍 "You don't have to love me. Just marry me." 💍 In the powerful Choi family, there's one unbreakable tradition - alphas must marry before turning 30. Unfortunately for San, a wealthy alpha who'd rather stay single and unbothered, time is running out. Wooyoung, a 21-year-old omega, is everything an ideal spouse shouldn't be. He's quiet, sarcastic, and selfish with his time. People exhaust him. Feelings bore him. And relationships? No, thank you. If not for his best friend Yeosang forcing him onto a dating app, he never would've matched with San in the first place. San isn't looking for love either. He just wants a name on paper and peace from his family. So when he proposes - literally - to a stranger he's never met in person, he doesn't expect much. Wooyoung says no. Then changes his mind... just to shut Yeosang up. Now bound by tradition and nothing else, San and Wooyoung are forced to navigate awkward family dinners, silent car rides, and one hilariously mismatched engagement. One is trying to make it work. The other just wants to be left alone. But what happens when not caring starts to feel a lot like falling?

--- 📘 Story Description: When sassy, dramatic, and way too talkative Wooyoung moves into a luxurious penthouse with his newly married mother, the last thing he expects is to be greeted by that guy - his new stepbrother, Kim Hongjoong. Cold, sharp-tongued, gorgeous, and utterly allergic to feelings, Hongjoong is everything Wooyoung finds irritating... and strangely attractive. But Wooyoung isn't one to back down easily. If Hongjoong rolls his eyes, Wooyoung will roll them harder. If Hongjoong flirts with a stranger, Wooyoung will absolutely make a scene about it at brunch. If Hongjoong slams a door, Wooyoung will break it. Their mutual hatred is a family tradition now - until it starts shifting into something less scream-y and more... steamy. Add in a house full of chaos, meddling best friends, elite private schools, rooftop fights, suspiciously steamy bathroom tension, and a shared wardrobe incident neither of them will talk about - and you've got the ultimate recipe for disaster... or romance. ---

Summary: Jung Wooyoung didn't marry for love. He married for survival-and maybe a little revenge. As an outspoken omega in a world that expects him to be quiet and submissive, Wooyoung never fit in. Especially not in the cold, polished halls of the Choi family mansion, where he's nothing more than a "money-spending embarrassment" in the eyes of his in-laws. His husband, Choi San? Too busy running his empire to notice the husband he left behind. Except for that one night-during their mating season-when their daughter, Yunhee, was conceived. She's four now. Smart, sassy, and the only real light in Wooyoung's life. Wooyoung doesn't cry about being unwanted anymore. He shops. He stuns. He survives. But what happens when San starts noticing? When cracks begin to form in that perfect mask? When a man who never cared suddenly starts to? This wasn't a love story. Until maybe... it was. Cover by my dearest @HOEKAL_

"And may I ask what exactly you are doing, kind sir?" The voice causes Wooyoung to freeze, and of course it's after the sound of it reaches him that he realizes the scent of milk chocolate and sea salt enveloping his senses, causing a weight of dread to settle within him. Slowly, he looks down to meet glittering brown eyes shining with wariness and curiosity back up at him. An awkward silence fills the space between them. "I understand that this may look rather suspicious." Wooyoung began, laughing nervously as he tightens his grip around the thick vine. Prince Choi San simply quirks an eyebrow up, head tilting as he observed the panicking Omega. "Quite." - All Jung Wooyoung wanted to do was spend his Christmas drinking hot chocolate by the fire and drawing. That all changes after the Jung family is invited to the castle for Ardendall's Royal Christmas Ball. Being sent out as representation for the Jung pack, Wooyoung is stuck in the Palace for a month. But Wooyoung knows that the Ball is just an excuse for the Crown Prince to choose his mate. And he has no desire in becoming that person.
