Sam is the most promising swordsman among this year’s crop of Paladin trainees...and knows it. Brash, cocky, and unbeatable with a sword (well, almost), Sam is the kingdom of Thule’s best hope against the violence wrought by demons. The only problem is that Sam is really Lady Samantha, daughter of the seventeenth Duke of Haywood, and if her father has his way, she’ll be marrying a Paladin, not becoming one. But Sam has never held much interest in playing damsel-in-distress, and so she rescues herself from a lifetime of boredom and matrimonial drudgery. Pity that Tristan Lyons, the Paladin assigned to train her, is none other than the hero of her childhood. He hasn’t recognized her as Lady Samantha--yet-- but if he does, he’ll take away her sword and send her packing. Sam is not the only trainee hiding secrets: Braeden is a half-demon with a dark past that might be unforgivable. Sam, Braeden and Tristan set out for the western coast, charged with rooting out an infestation of demons that has made the West unlivable. As they travel, they uncover a deep-seated corruption of power that threatens to derail everything they stand for. Rebellion stirs, led by a rival faction of warriors who tempt Sam to join them with an irresistible offer. A war between men is coming, and Sam must pick a side. Will saving the kingdom cost her life -- or just her heart? Reminiscent of Mulan, but with a medieval fantasy twist, Paladin is a tale of adventure, action, and romance.

"Mark my words, baby. Controlling people's feelings is a slippery slope." He said, the tattoo of the on his forearm reinforcing the dangerous tone in his voice. His utterly hoarse, sexy voice. Maybe it was because of her absent father, or her late mother, but whatever it was, it caused her to be unfeeling. Until she met them. The ones who know what means to be emotionally manipulated. With the snap of their fingers, they could make you shiver with fear or delirious with lust. They could make you ache with passion or miserable with sadness. They. Could. Control. Your. Emotions. Updating Fridays and Sundays, Kingdom's Fall is a fantasy adventure set in a world where heroes find themselves pitted against an ancient and powerful magic. Kara has lived her whole life trapped under the roof of her father's inn. She longs for adventure, but there is little to be found in a backwater village: at least until Aiden Baird arrives. Noble, rogue, and spy - Aiden Baird is the most notorious man in the Kingdom. Or he would be, if he could remember who he is... Cuan has lived his entire life as the garrison brat, surrounded by soldiers. Unwanted and ignored, he travels north in the service of the one man he looks up to: Gray, the garrison captain. But Captain Gray has concerns of his own. It has been fifteen years since he last saw the King, and they did not part on good terms. Something dark is growing in the Kingdom. Trade from the south has choked to a standstill, and the air over the marshes hangs heavy with the threat of war. In the north the sea-wall, the ancient defence that protects the coastline, is crumbling. The people look to their lords for guidance, and the lords look to their King. King Varion has little time for their concerns. His daughter has been kidnapped by a priest-cult who intend to sacrifice her and summon an ancient power into the world. Faced with an enemy beyond human understanding, there is only one conclusion. In order to save their people, the Kingdom must fall.

You. Sitting at your desk, or perhaps scrolling through your phone or slouching on the couch in your living room. You are so far ahead of this that you may not even relate in the slightest. But this. This was your corrupted beginning. Before the world was wiped fresh, this is what you were. ... It was the worst of times, it was the bes--... no, no, really, it really was the worst of times. -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.- Snippets is officially its own story. PLEASE (I would be on my knees except I'm kind of at my computer) comment, vote, TELL ME what you're thinking :) Because I KNOW you people think! And I LOVE that about you. And lastly? Enjoy... It's going to be quite an adventure ;) P.S. Snippets started as several separate story ideas I wrote down. Then one day I said, "Hey! Wouldn't it be cool if all of these could go together?" And well, here is the result! I know you won't be terribly disappointed, and if you are... well, I'm not a fancy company who can guarantee your reading-time back. I suppose I'll just have to do my best to not disappoint, eh? ... Challenge accepted ;)

Everyone in the After knows there's a curfew. It's an unspoken, unofficial rule that everyone follows. From eight at night until eight in the morning you had to be inside a secure shelter. Well, technically you didn't have to...but if you didn't you would either get killed, eaten, or dismembered to the point where you died before anyone found you. What killed you if you were out after curfew? Why, the Beasties of course. The After is after the bombing of the whole Earth. Only a few hundred survived, currently scattered throughout the world. Stella Thorn is one of those few. She lives in a Rubble City in what was known as California in the Before. She is finally starting to survive just fine, getting used to her way of life, creating a schedule, when a Wanderer comes to town. Will he change her life forever? Does he have secrets about the Bombing that no one could ever imagine? {SORRY, ON HOLD} **Highest Ranking #46 in Adventure as of 7/3/16** (somehow)
