Arrby is a good pup. He does have good intentions. He's capable of good deeds and will even lend a paw when a bigger threat arises. Still, he's also not above being bad, including controlling those who are beneath him. Though on a lesser scale than the others, he is still considered a villain in theory. Arrby follows the orders of his owner, Sid Swashbuckle, faithfully as a pirate pup. Will Arrby finally choose to break free from Sid's control and join the PAW Patrol team, or will his loyalty to his owner continue to cloud his judgment and keep him in bad company?
