It's been a Derry long time... Last we saw our Derry Girls, they were all eighteen, and had just voted on what may be the biggest thing they'll ever vote on--The Good Friday Agreement. From there, we're not sure where their lives took them. This is an account of what I think the girls got up to after The Good Friday Agreement being passed.

Hurry Up and Wait: Following on from Derry Girls Series 3

In the Northern Ireland city of Derry (or Londonderry, if that's your persuasion), 4 native teenage girls and a wee English fella transplant come of age amongst decades of inner conflict. This is a continuation of the British teen sitcom Derry Girls (2018-2022), set primarily after the end of the series, but will also include or make mention of events during the original run.
