Main focus: Livia Cardew x Arachne Crane Alternate universe: no hunger games In separate incidents both livia and Arachne come to realize how horrible the capitol is and what life in the districts is truly like and how terrible they have both been And both vow to become better people Sejanus plinth is a ray of sunshine Coryo is a menace but gets better (sort of, eventually) Also main characters will be slightly OOC (I'm not good at summaries)
