If I could travel to any land, it would be the place between the mountains and the sea, where everything feels like a hell for the sole reason that I'd only ever experience it for the first time once. But that feeling would be worth it. I know it. © Copyrighted, All Rights Reserved. Jake Sullivan, 2015.

A collection of tragedies of sorts, of demons or angels (whatever you'd fancy to call them) that lurk and/or gleam in my mind. Written when the moon's dreary and the sun's near awakening. Obnoxiously metaphoric, subtly inspirational. © Jake Sullivan, 2014

Hudson Ellis is good at his job. Somehow, he manages not to annoy people when he knocks at their doors and asks them to contribute to the charity he works for - instead, he gets them to sign up for sponsoring programmes and fish whatever spare change they have out of their pockets. Even the infamously tough residents of New York City are falling victim to Hudson's easy-going ways and wide smile; that is, until one woman renders him speechless with sarcastic refusals and slams her door in his face. Perhaps Hudson would be able to forget her - if it wasn't for the fact that she lives on the same floor of the next apartment over, and they both have floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for a rather generous view into each other's flats.

OLD VERSION Self-proclaimed pathetic being Sam Anderson is shocked when her ex-almost-boyfriend, Austin, comes up to her and asks her to drive him all the way across the country to California just so he can see his girlfriend. Thinking she was only getting into a quick, scenic car ride across America, she finds herself saying yes, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. In fact, Sam had no idea she was signing up for two weeks of getting lost, eating crap, and falling in love all over again. [ current cover by isasecret ] THIS THING IS OLD. OKAY? Five-time New York Times #1 bestseller, Adelaide Maddox, is not like normal 21 year-olds for many reasons. Not only is she one of the most popular romance novelists, she's hiding something from her readers. She's never been in love, never even been kissed. And when Addy's faithful editor retires and a newer, hotter replacement comes in, how far will she go to make Mr. Elliot Hayes hers? It's battle royale at the office, and maybe with the help of her best friend Bria, Addy can be victorious. And through all of this, can Addy escape her writer's block and finish her sixth novel? Read as Addy acquires her battle scars, goes through lessons in flirting, and struggles to live out her own romance, in I Write Romances, Not Live Them.

Aria has always laid low in school with her tight-knit group of friends. When she meets Nash at a party, he's rude, he's blunt, and he's got more baggage than he can carry. Aria immediately dislikes him. But the line between hate and love is very thin, and a continuous game of Never Have I Ever may change everything.
