For as long as you can remember you've been able to see or sense things, whatever they might be. Spirits, guides, or guardians, you thought you had seen them all by now. So when you met Steven Grant and sensed the entity attached to him, you figured it was something similar. As you spent time with Steven you were able to get a better feel for the entity. Yue was never meant to be born. She was a last resort. A long long time ago, Ta Lo's dragon became very weak from a terrible attack during war. Without the dragon, there was no way for the magic of Ta-lo to survive. In efforts to bring the strength of the dragon back, they needed a vessel, something the dragon could hold onto. Yue became that vessel, the dragon becoming a part of her, and her becoming a part of the dragon. She inherited the power from the dragon, the strong push and pull of its magic, and the ability to create anything out of nothing with mystical energy. It was said that her abilities were equal to, if not stronger than the Ten Rings. But when she grew up, people started to grow envious of her power, and they tried to attack her, and get her magic for themselves, so her parents sent her off to a place called San Francisco. She began a normal life there, becoming good friends with a girl named Katy and a boy named Shaun throughout high school, continuing to be best friends into their early 20s. The dragon of Ta Lo decided to keep her memories of her power and home from her, knowing that it would be safer if she didn't know. What happens when Yue's past comes back to hurt her, and Shaun's?
