What if the story of Undertale had gone a bit differently? On their first run, the human child Frisk managed to get through the underground without a single scratch on their body. Instead, they befriended every monster they encountered during their run, even going as far as to convince the monster king to try and make peace with humanity. The child went on to live the rest of their days with their new monster family, until unfortunately dying at the young age of 19 due to a new-found disease which is now named "The Buttercup Illness". Every monster was in distraught, while humans only focused on the disease itself and how it came to be; even going as far as theorizing the monster's poisoned the victim. After 5 depressing months of getting over the death of the savior of monsters, a long-time friend of Frisk makes an unbelievable discovery. She's alive.
