A city in anguish. For years, killers have been spread all throughout Raven City, staking their claim to different sections as territory. One murderer aims to stand above the rest, while a loathsome cop seeks to take them out. (Currently undergoing a lot of rewrites but I do plan to improve nonetheless.)
