"Levon." Todd answered, voice hard. "Todd." Levon responded just as coolly. There was a pause. "Are you busy?" "I just got back from class," Todd said. "Waiting for Betto to get out of his lab so we can go for supper." "Nice." Levon wanted to punch himself. Todd just hummed in affirmation. Another pause as Levon tried to find a way to dispel the tension in the call. "Are you good?" Todd asked when Levon failed to form a sentence, and Levon realized how out of character it was for him to call Todd. There a was a layer of concern just under Todd's indifferent tone, and the protectiveness that seemed ever present in Todd when they were younger and Todd was always saving Levon from his problems. Levon's anger seemed to melt away at that familiar sense of security. "I'm good," Levon spoke finally and a soft smile spread over his lips. "Are you good?" "I'm good," Todd said gruffly. "Are we good?" Levon asked and Todd scoffed. "What we. There is no we. We're not friends." "Wouldn't want you as a friend anyway," Levon snickered. "You're kind of an asshole." Or Todd and Levon, and their acceptance that they were never meant to be friends. (Disclaimer: there will be foul language, more fluff than plot, and BoyxBoy romance. Read at your own risk!)

"Getting a Clue" is a slice-of-life story about Casper, an autistic gay teen whose most meaningful relationship is with his dog, Pippi, and whose safe space is his closet-literally. Enter Jethro: confident, boldly expressive, and inexplicably interested in Casper's prickly brand of charm. As Casper battles his instinct to retreat from every social encounter, Jethro patiently flirts his way past Casper's defences. Together, they navigate the minefield of high school, gender expectations, and first love, all while Casper tries to figure out why the hell anyone would voluntarily seek out human connection. With a healthy dose of snark and a dash of awkward romance, this tale proves that sometimes the biggest dramas in life are just... life. Will Casper figure out how to be a functioning human being? Will Jethro ever stop looking unfairly hot in tights? And how hard do you have to flirt before an oblivious gay boy gets a fucking clue? (Warning: Contains catastrophic attempts at small talk, impromptu bus adventures, and a surprising amount of fairy bread.)

Alone at 28, Phillip Cameron has routines. He has a simple existence, a passion for gardening, and the same job he's held for years. His life is quiet and uneventful, and he's not really living at all. Gareth Lewis has responsibilities. Lots of them. As a newly graduated teacher, a drunken encounter changed his life forever. Now as a father of three and supporting a household, he's just struggling to keep it together. When change is thrust upon them, their lives will be altered forever. This story is complete including some bonus MPREG chapters following the Epilogue -- the story itself is not an MPREG, it was just done as fun at the urging of some friends.
