You and Tyler were inseparable as kids, often regarded as the dynamic duo of the small town that you grew up in. As teens, you often fantasized about leaving your small town to pursue your dreams in other parts of the country. Your plans are suddenly put on hold when your father falls sick shortly after your high school graduation. Meanwhile, Tyler moves away from your hometown, leaving his past, and you, in the dust. Ten years later, there's talk that Tyler, now a successful musician, has returned to your hometown. Will you and Tyler reunite? Or are your differences too much to overcome?

Your entire life is centered around your small hometown in California: your career, your family, and your friends. When your long-term boyfriend receives a once in a lifetime opportunity on the other side of the country, you find yourself torn away from the life that you had grown so accustomed to.
