Alexandria Cullen, known simply as Alex by most, was turned in 1928 by Dr Carlisle Cullen. The blonde doctor was also surprised to find tattoos covering most of the outspoken girl's porcelain skin and even more surprised to find they stayed after her transformation. Whilst he had never seen someone with tattoos that had turned he assumed the venom would destroy the ink however there it was, clear as day. He also knew tattoos were highly looked down upon in that time period, most especially on women.
