A human finds himself in the WOF universe a few weeks before Queen Scarlet's hatchday and the capture of the Dragonets of Destiny. The same anomaly that brought him into this dangerous world has also granted him the ability to speak the dragon language. What is thought to be a dream come true for most, becomes a nightmare as he is captured by a Skywing patrol. He now is forced to make a risky move to save his life... ...to place himself under the service of the Skywing Queen.

Ashley is just a guy, a person of normal constitution that lives an ordinary life. There is nothing special about him, except for that part where he got teleported into a different world. But, somehow, it's a place that is familiar to his mind. He wakes up in Pyrrhia, a world he knows from childhood, but has no idea how this happened. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter, this place isn't very welcoming when it comes to the two legged creatures we know as scavengers, and he soon finds himself into a very peculiar situation. However, Ashley has been granted the Ability to speak with dragons at the same time he has been sent here, maybe he will be able to use this ability to make some friends, or, at least, survive. And who knows, maybe he will be able to have a meaningful impact in this new world.
