Android 17 (lapis Lindburg) and Lilly Blossom are two emotionally fractured people who collide inside an isolated jungle world shaped by religion, instinct, and loneliness.
17 is restless, volatile, and obsessed with autonomy after being transformed into an artificial human weapon by the Red Ribbon Army. He masks vulnerability through sarcasm, provocation, and thrill-seeking behavior, constantly pushing people just to see how they react. Beneath the aggression, though, he's deeply damaged and terrified of losing control of himself again.
Lilly Blossom is a Saiyan woman raised inside the isolated religious village of Santillana del Mar after crash-landing on Earth as a child. Viewed as sacred by the villagers, she was forced into priesthood after accidentally hurting another child with her Saiyan strength. Her entire life became a system of emotional suppression, ritual, and self-denial designed to "contain" her instincts. She struggles to understand emotions normally, interpreting feelings as physical or spiritual problems instead of healthy human experiences.
When 17 enters her life, he completely destabilizes the structure she built to survive. He teases her, challenges her beliefs, invades her routines, and treats her like a normal person instead of a saint. Meanwhile Lilly unintentionally gives 17 something he's never really had before: warmth, domestic comfort, sincerity, and a place where he can exist without being treated like a weapon.
Their relationship becomes dangerous because they awaken everything the other has spent years suppressing. Lilly slowly learns how to live instead of merely endure, while 17 is forced to confront attachment, vulnerability, and the terrifying possibility of peace. The story is ultimately about two damaged people teaching each other how to become human again without fully understanding they're doing it.
This story takes place directly after the cell-saga. 17 is about 19 here. No park ranging for him.
