"We reached the pinnacle of our ascension, only to be hammered back into the dirt. Now, we fight back with the very world as our weapon."
The year is 2091. Humanity has transcended its limits, ascending to a utopian stage of technological and societal evolution. But this golden age is violently ripped away the day the Castle appears in the sky. A massive, floating fortress of unknown origin, it unleashes an apocalyptic rain of colossal Nail Towers-devastating monolithic structures that pierce the Earth's crust. The cataclysm shatters human civilization in an instant, plunging the globe back into a primitive, broken "old world."
Humanity is decimated, but not entirely defeated. The few who survived the immediate, crushing impact of the Nail Towers find themselves altered by the anomaly. The mysterious energy of the crash sites forces a rapid, miraculous genetic mutation within their DNA, giving birth to an ability known as Siphon.
By channeling their Siphon, these survivors can manipulate their physical surroundings using nothing but the sheer force of their imagination. However, the universe demands balance: each evolved human is genetically restricted to commanding only one singular element of the world.
The Nail Towers were not just weapons of mass destruction; they are gateways. Horrific, otherworldly monsters known as the Majin now pour from the depths of the towers, slaughtering whatever remains of terrestrial life.
With the Earth reduced to ruins and humanity teetering on the edge of extinction, the Siphon-wielders become the final line of defense. Armed with elemental powers shaped by their own minds, these evolved warriors must unite to combat the Majin, uncover the mystery of the floating Castle, and bring forth a new dawn for mankind.
The old world is dead. The tide is rising.
