Mia is an 18 year old Freshman at a community college in Delaware. She is pretty introverted and what some would call a hipster tomboy. She doesn't rely on makeup although she often wears mascara and lipstick. Her wardrobe mostly consists of flannels, tanks, jeans, jean shorts, sneakers, motorcycle and combat boots, and flat billed ballcaps.... for now. She has a huge secret that not only haunts her past, but also interferes with her present. This causes her to look for ways to get cash, and her job is not what you would expect. She starts college where Ryder goes, Ryder is a 20-year-old sophomore on campus whos parents are rich and he gets a free pass for slacking on campus because of it. He is drool worthy with tanned skin and a defined six pack. He is what most would call a cocky rebel guy. Mia can't stand him. Ryder has a trained charm when it comes to the ladies and cannot figure out why this one girl won't fall for him. Or will she?
